moneYco1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the moneYco mobile app and website provided by Drag & Code Tunisia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, continuing as a guest or otherwise using moneYco, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
moneYco helps you track personal expenses and split costs with other people. Some features (groups, sync, invites, receipt scanning) need an account and an internet connection. Guest mode keeps data on your device only. moneYco does not process payments or move money; settlements you record are for tracking only.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
- upload harmful, illegal or abusive content, or malware;
- abuse invitations, send spam, or automate the app in a way that degrades the service;
- interfere with ads or attempt to generate artificial ad impressions or clicks;
- reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
Expenses, notes, receipts and group data you add remain yours (and your group members' where it concerns them). You give us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Group members can see shared expenses in groups they belong to; think before adding sensitive information to a shared group.
6. Receipt scanning
When you scan a receipt, the image is sent to a third-party OCR provider to extract the details. Extracted values may contain errors, so please check them before saving.
7. Advertising
The free app is supported by ads, including personalised ads where you have consented. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content or the products they promote.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, the moneYco name and logo belong to Drag & Code Tunisia. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
moneYco is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give financial, tax or legal advice. Totals, balances and currency figures are organisational tools; verify important amounts yourself. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for disputes between you and other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using moneYco and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and may highlight material changes in the app. Continuing to use moneYco after an update means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.
